Sisterly Love

Well 2010 is well underway now. January was spent in Sydney having playdates with friends and family and visiting all the fantastic new parks in our area/ across Sydney. I don't know if all these new play areas are from stimulus money or the baby boom but it is GREAT!!

In January Elise started at KU preschool in Eastwood. The 1st few days she was happy to go but soon realised preschool was going to be a regular occurence and was not so happy about having to stay there without Gisele and mummy. After a few weeks now she is starting to settle in and is having a good time and learning a lot. She is amazing us with her new found knowledge and independence!! Elise loves painting at preschool best of all.

The girls are playing so well together now. Elise gives Gisele instructions and Gisele follows Elise around and repeats everything she says and does. Gisele has quite a bold streak with running off and sometimes leads Elise into mischief. I am enjoying seeing their relationship develop - having a sister is a beautiful thing!!

Gisele is growing into a little girl - such a cute stage. She is talking a lot now and is quite a funny, adorable little chick. Gisele and I now have Mondays and Tuesdays together while Elise is at preschool and we do kindy gym.


Gisele has the funniest expressions - her is one of her "sitting on the wall at the dog park" poses!

Here is Sean with the girls on his birthday last week.
Quite a few birthdays in Jan & Feb. We all remembered mum on her birthday 5 Feb. Nate and Archie have celebrated their 1st birthdays - little baby boys growing so fast.

Sean turned 39 ----contemplating the big 40 next year.

Meggy and Nate came to stay last week YAY!! More photos next time. We are off to Perth for the wedding in 4 weeks time. We are looking forward to our holiday in WA.
