Easter Excitement

We travelled to Dubbo for Easter and all the recent Bannon bubbies got a chance to get together. Here we are swapping babies for the photo - Mick with Nate, Megs with Gisele and Kate with Archie.

Gisele is very excited in this photo as she now has some younger cousins to boss around. We tell her to make the most of it now while they are little and helpless because it won't be long until Nate and Archie will be up to mischief together .Nige jokes that "those Bannon boys will be a bad influence on his son" and we all agree if they are anything like Mick in his younger days :)!!

Here is Aunty Ang with Elise and Uncle Sean with Nate.

Here is Nate being introduced to the Jaques descendants....look at his stunned face "Wow look at everybody looking at me"

Here we are - the Thompsons, Sparrows (missing Rodney), Bannons, Smiths and Edmistons making our "funny faces" (well not all of us). Nate is being cuddled by Uncle Bernard up the back. We had a lovely lunch together on the Sat. The kids had a great time easter egg hunting and playing games while the adults got to catch up.

Here is some video of Aunty Meg playing with the kids. Look out! She will knock you over........
We caught up with Michelle and Tim a few times over the weekend and had Sunday Easter lunch at the Clarke household. Mr Clarke cooked us a feast which we greatly enjoyed.
Leading up to Easter all the playgroups in our area had a fun day. Elise was especially taken with the fairy (although you can't tell in the photo as she has her serious face on!!) Her imagination is really developing now as she often enjoys talking about the fairy.

The Adlingtons will be in Sydney next week so we look forward to seeing them. Sean will be heading off to Singapore for a week in early May. We are hoping Meggy and Nate will come to Sydney to keep us company. More news soon......

Hope you all have an enjoyable easter break where ever you may be....
Here's hoping we all get some delightful outdoor weather for all that easter egg hunting.
We are off to Dubbo at Easter to see our new little nephews/ cousins. Nate and Archie get to meet for the 1st time (not that they are likely to remember at this stage) and we are all excited about seeing one another again.

We recently said goodbye to our good friends the Atkins who are off on their big driving/ camping adventure around Australia. Gerard will be blogging along the way so we will get to read about some of their journey from the road.

Our bubby Gisele is 9 months this week and becoming more her own little person. She is making lots of bub, dad and mum noises. Sean swears she even said bye the other day. Her favourite toy is this dolly - she likes to hold its hand and pat it......
Elise has been enjoying all the recent various playgroup and local easter festivities and likes to request "we do fun mummy????".
Hope you all get to "do fun" over your long weekend!!!!
